RENET is a self-sustaining and non-profit Network for Renewable Energy Research for the Built Environment and Technology Transfer with the main purpose of creating and maintaining a competitive EU and Indian industry. Managed by the leading higher educational institutes in the European Union and India, RENETproject is co-funded by the EU - IndiaEconomic Cross Cultural Programme.

 

Emphasis is given to the information on institutional research efforts on various renewable energy technologies in the EU and India. Such a data base would be of immense use in providing a much needed technology-bridge between institutional research and industry.
