Founded in 2002, the Society brings together people working in energy, the environment and engineering. Membership is open to anyone in the field, in a university, in industry, in government or independently.

We work with several academic journals. If you would like to take part, and earn review certificates from them, we will share your interest with their editors. You can change this at any time in your account.

Optional. Join or leave one at any time.

Members of a group you join will see your name, your institution and what you work on, and can write to you through the site without being given your address. You can turn either off in your account.

5Payment

You are a member as soon as this goes through.

Membership is £10 a year and renews automatically. You can turn that off from your account at any time.

Payment is taken by Stripe over an encrypted connection. WSSET never sees or stores your card number.

Your membership renews on the same date each year unless you stop it. One press from your account turns it off.
